Blogmas Day 1: Mrs. Maisel
Welcome to day 1 of Blogmas!
Today, I am sharing a fashion icon who needs no introduction!
Midge Maisel!
I discovered The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel just in time for season 3 which premiers Friday!
Let me tell you one thing I love about Midge besides the obvious is her 1950's fashion style!
Look #1 Date Night Ready!! This was in Season 2 when Midge went on her 1st actual date with Benjamin. He even criticized her matching outfit
Look #2 The Catskills. Midge is ready for vacay with the super cute yellow number and that basket bag though!!
Look #3 Travel chic. Only Midge can make a road trip fashionable! I love the gingham pink combo!
Look #4 The Gaslight. Midge keeping it casual yet classy during her act at the Gaslight
Look #5 The Revlon Counter. Midge takes a job at the makeup counter at a local store, ends up in the basement working the switchboard (while still looking fashionable) and the gets promoted to the Revlon counter!!
Look #6 We got the Rabbi!!! I LOVE the pink on pink Midge is rocking (minus her shoes) in her total excitement about getting the Rabbi (this happens a 2nd time with her mom later on). Midge knows how to be fashionable no matter what the occasion.
Look #7 Thank you and good night. As the series goes on, Midge wears a little black dress to her shows with classy and still provides a statement, she also adds black gloves at times to complete the assemble.
I can't wait for season 3!
