Sunflower Study continued

It's Monday and the last week in August EEEKK! Where has the time gone?? Husker football starts Saturday I haven't even crafted anything for that yet!! I have put a few Husker items I have in the living room but I of course need something for my door. I better get cracking!!

Anyways  today I am continuing my sunflower study. After photographing a few I picked some to bring home and play with. One of the flowers I had was already starting to wilt so I made quick work of it. I wanted to stamp with them so I got out an ink pad:

and coated the flower in ink then stamped onto a page in my sketchbook:

It turned out pretty neat!
