Today's craft is an upcycled one that I have known about for years and is easy to do. 

You save milk jugs, rinse them out then make them into ghosts:

You take sharpies to draw ghost faces on the front, cut holes in the back so you can add tea lights, glow sticks or strands of lights into each one:

You can display them inside or outside!
