Painted chalkboard

Next week is going to be packed of 4th of July projects that I worked this month on which is explains my brief absence also I will be sharing my decorating pictures too. Should be exciting!!

Today I am sharing a quick simple painting project I did one day as “one last project”.

I have a simple chalkboard that needed to be painted:

So I of course got out the black paint:

I kept it pretty simple just one coat of paint and one side in-case I ever want to flip it over and maybe paint the other side oh I don’t pink or white (to match of course) or go with a natural look.

I added a little writing with it my chalk art stills aren’t the greatest:
